How Mutations Work
Mutations are abilities and modifiers to game-play that you obtain as your slime level grows. Mutations take up mutation levels & your mutation levels are equal to your slime level, up to a limit of 50. Your genetic code is a randomly generated seed that dictates what order you will get mutations in, and as soon as you've got enough unused mutation levels for the next one, you'll mutate something. Dying resets your genetic code & mutations so you'll get them in a different order each life. Use !mutations or !stds to check your current mutations, and try !mutations levels in order to check how much capacity each mutation you currently have uses up.
If you want to remove a mutation or gain another, then head on down to the NLACakaNM Clinic of Slimoplasty, run by the illustrious Dr Dusttrap in Crookline. In order to remove a mutation, refunding the mutation points that you spent on it, you can !chemo <mutation>. Costs 5k slime per level of the mutation being removed.
In order to gain a specific mutation, use the !graft <mutation> command. Grafting a mutation costs 10k slime per mutation level, to pay for the surgery, as well as enough unused mutation points. Be warned though - once you graft a mutation to yourself, you won't be able to !chemo it back off again. You're stuck with it until you die.
When typing the mutation name, you can try use a portion of the name in hopes its an alias for the mutation; to get rid of Davy Jone's Keister you can do !chemo keister.
Below is a list of all the mutations currently in the game, their cost and the perk they apply. If you want to check an in-game resource for these, try !help mutations with a ENDLESS WAR Game Guide Vol. 3 in your inventory. If you don't have one, you can head over to N.L.A.C.U. and purchase one.
(The gist of this is that you wanna level up to at least 50 and then get the right mutations to become more mechanically proficient at literally whatever you're doing. Fishing without the Lucky mutation? Suboptimal. Farming without Green Fingers? Big mistake, etc etc. If you are doing something and don't have a mutation for it, you're probably doing something wrong.)

Binge Eater | 5 | 50,000 | Upon eating food, hunger recovery is multiplied by the number of dishes eaten in the past 5 seconds. Eating a lot of food at once puts you in a food coma, which increases your defense. |

Second Amendment | 5 | 50,000 | You can carry an extra weapon. If you wield weapons in both your sidearm and weapon slot, you get a 25% damage buff. |

Slurp's Up | 1 | 10,000 | When in rainy weather, you are immune to fire and 50% slime on kill is deposited directly into your slimecount. Stacks with Noseferatu's remainder. |

Spontaneous Combustion | 5 | 50,000 | Upon dying you do damage proportional to your current slime level, calculated as (level^4)/5, hitting everyone in the district. |
Sticky Fingers | 3 | 30,000 | When purchasing an item, you have a 20% chance to steal it for free. |
Stiltwalker | 2 | 20,000 | You can !jump from to the blimp from the ground, as well as a random mine from the Waffle House. |
Stink Eye | 4 | 40,000 | You can see the amount of floor slime on a !survey, as well as 4 items starting with the lowest IDs. |
Three's A Shroud | 3 | 30,000 | You can't be scouted, and critical hit chance multiplies by 2 when 3 or more allies are in a district with you. |
Trash Mouth | 5 | 50,000 | Reach maximum power scavenges faster. You gain the ability to eat cosmetics and furniture. |
Unnatural Charisma | 4 | 40,000 | 20% capping bonus, freshness + 500. |
Webbed Feet | 4 | 40,000 | You receive a scavenge bonus proportional to the slime in a district. You can also feel out how much slime you gain per scavenge. |
