N9

N9, a.k.a. Nan Penny, was the former Slimecorp Head Administration Manager. Her death is a rare case with the raid itself as she died prior to the actual raid occurring. N9 would suffer a stroke that was a result of N2's part in the betrayal plan, dying in the old Nickelodeon Hotel. N9's Mahjong pals were pretty furious when given the news.

Bio

From the bits of her past that we know of, Nan has been formally trained in both impersonation and voice acting by several prominent figures. Alongside this, she is trained in business and has trained in various other skills learned in-house. N9 is the oldest of all the executives and previously took up the N7 title prior to the current. As a result of her former position, N9 and N7 are close to the point where she's too soft and hinders her development as an executive.

Although N9 is considered highly loyal to the company, she struggles with sloth as her biggest flaw. She is somewhat capable to doing her job but has neglected the long-term of the company's future as a whole. N9 is still considered "unfireable" despite this big flaw of hers and seems to be irreplaceable. This could be due to her 'grandmother' like behavior towards her fellow executives and overall friendlier attitude. Some examples include her phrasing being very similar to how a typical grandmother would speak, her gentler treatment towards the current N7, and it's mentioned that she brings cookies to various meetings for all the executives to enjoy. N9 seems to have known something about N1 that no one else was previously aware of. To some extent, it seems like N9 was also one of reasons that N1 was kept sane for so long.

It should be noted again that N9 wasn't actually present during the raid itself but actually was in the old Nick Hotel found in the outskirts along with Nina. In the events leading up to her death however, it was mentioned by N1 that N9 had plans to retire but suffered a stroke due to a plan set up by N5. Unknowingly to her however, N13 would actually be aware of this plan and had given her a hint to avoid N2 but she failed to notice. N7 would discover this outcome of her mentor and soon after, planned to go after N1.

• From what Ackro stated, originally Nina (Laywer) was supposed to be N9 and not their own thing. This was scrapped as Munchy went back on the idea at the last second.
