The first art contest. Users submitted art in the form of posters, music, or occasionally prose to support their chosen faction of the Rowdy Fucker or Cop Killer, or fringe factions such as Juveniles, Cops, and the dead. Winning entries included Cleo's poster made in support of the Cop Killer, Nnoby's Rowdy propaganda for the visual entries. Audio winners were The Senator and Sixten, though their entries have since been lost to time.
